MISSION
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Mission Staffing respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact information, including name, email address, mailing address, and phone number
- Employment information, including resumes, work history, references, and assignment details
- Information you submit through forms on our websites
- Records of your communication preferences and consent choices
How we use information
We use the information we collect to provide staffing and recruitment services, to match candidates with assignments, to administer payroll and timesheets, to communicate with candidates and contractors about their assignments, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Text message communications
Mission Staffing offers optional text message (SMS) reminders to contractors on active assignment with us.
What we collect
If you choose to receive text messages, we collect your name, your mobile phone number, your consent choice, the date and time you submitted it, and the IP address you submitted it from. We collect this to maintain a record of your consent and to send the messages you asked for.
How we use it
We use your mobile number only to send operational reminders about timesheet submission and assignment logistics. We send no more than two messages per week. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Who we share it with
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We share your mobile number with our messaging service provider solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you requested on our behalf. That provider is contractually restricted from using your information for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
We retain your consent record for as long as you are on assignment with us and for a reasonable period afterward, so that we can demonstrate consent was given.
Your choices
Receiving text messages is optional and is not a condition of assignment or employment. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, or by contacting your recruiter. Replying STOP removes your number permanently unless you ask us to re-enable it. Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
Message and data rates may apply. See our Terms & Conditions for full SMS terms.
Sharing of other information
In the course of providing staffing services, we may share candidate information such as resumes and work history with client companies considering you for an assignment. We may also share information with service providers who support our operations, and where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Cookies
Our websites may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
